Higher face weight for active families and dogs; lighter, softer fibers for low-traffic ornamental areas. Every install includes nailed and glued edges, seam tape with turf-specific adhesive, and infill distributed to manufacturer spec.
Most residential installs are completed in 1 to 3 days. You get a written workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's product warranty (typically 8 to 15 years). Maintenance is minimal: an occasional rinse, brush the fibers upright once or twice a year, and remove leaves with a blower. No mowing, watering, or fertilizing required for the life of the turf.
