We work with HOA-approved turf lines (we will provide product spec sheets to your board before install) and have completed HOA submissions across Sugar Land, Katy, The Woodlands, Cypress, Conroe, and Pearland. If your community has a pre-approved product list, we will match it; if not, we will help submit for approval.
